About Us
Kinabalu International Hotel was incorporated in 1974 and commenced operation in hotel business in August 1976. Sabah Economic Development Corporation (SEDCO) acquired shares in the company in 1977 and thereafter took over the majority shareholding from Syarikat Gaya Timber Timber Company Sdn Bhd in 1979.
